Thanks so much for the question. I appreciate you reading my blog and asking questions. I recommend writing the name of the country on each charm so that you can remember. I can't remember all of them myself and I wish I would have done that. As best as I can remember; the boat was Norway, the dream catcher was Canada, the frog was Japan, the rocking horse or teddy bear was Germany. Unfortunately I can't remember the others. Have you done this or are you going to do it soon? If so could you let us know what you got for each country?
