Pin trading is a big thing in Disney World and every Cast Member must trade with you any pin that is on their lanyard. They all are wearing them and all you have to do is ask them to see their pins. They will always trade with you one for one. Its fun to go around and change pins. You can trade with other guests too if they want to but they are not required to make a trade. There are also pin trading locations where you can find other people interested in trading.
